On the first floor is the splendid terrace with beautiful views of the pier of Puerto Rico and the private jacuzzi along with 2 sun loungers and an umbrella to enjoy this magnificent landscape under the sun.
The interior area features a living room with sofa bed, 49" television, dining area and a kitchen equipped with all the details: refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and hob.

Stairs take you to the top floor where the bedroom and a 32" television are located. Furthermore you will find a large bathroom with shower and a set of VIP amenities that includes hygiene products of organic and ecological origin, in line with our environmental sustainability programme.
