Marina Gran Canaria
On our homepage you will find a section called 'Book now'. By selecting the hotel ( Marina Suites or Marina Bayview ) and dates you are interested in, you will be shown available room types, board basis and prices.
Dates:
Select your desired check-in and check-out dates.
Number of Guests:
Indicate the amount of adults on the reservation. The maximum amount of guests allowed in a room is 4 for Marina Suites and 3 for Marina Bayview (depending on the selected room type).
Room Type:
Once you have selected dates and number of guests, the suitable/available room types will be shown. Just choose the one that best suits your needs.
Board basis and Offers:
At Marina Gran Canaria ( both Marina Suites and Marina Bayview) you are given the choice between self catering and breakfast.
Packages and Extras:
Along with your reservation, you may select a number of extra services and packages such as massages and treatments at the Beauty Corner, welcome packages and much more.
Personal Data:
Once you have clicked on 'Book now', it is important that you review the contact details you have provided, in case that we need to contact you before your arrival.
Once all the fields have been filled in, you can click on the 'Confirm Booking' button to complete your booking. A window will appear indicating that your booking has been successfully made giving you the option to print out your confirmation straight away, or send it to you via email and print it from there.
Payment:
In order to make a reservation you must provide a credit or debit card number. Depending on the rate you have selected you might be charged a non refundable 50% deposit at the time of your booking (semi-flexible rate) and the rest upon arrival at the hotel. In case of a flexible rate you will be charged the full amount upon arrival at the hotel. Please note that the credit card will only be charged in case of no-show or no cancellation of the reservation 24 hours before your stay.At Marina Suites and Marina Bayview you may choose between the accommodation-only option so you can eat out in the area, or you may include the breakfast plan to enjoy a large breakfast that is served from 7.30 am to 10.30 am at the Atlantic Pool Bar at Marina Suites and from 8.00 am to 11.00 am at the Whale Restaurant at Marina Bayview. Both opening times are subject to change upon seasonality.
Yes, it is possible to have your booked board basis changed to remove/add breakfast to your reservation. If you decide to change your plan before your arrival, you will pay a 15€ supplement per night per person and 7,50€ per night per child. If you want to enjoy it for just one day, the price is €18 per person (9€ for children).
After finishing the booking process you will be sent an email with all the details of your booking and a confirmation number. You may contact our reservations department anytime to have any questions claryfied that might come up by providing your confirmation number. Yes, the minimum stay may vary depending on dates and availability.
Yes, but it depends on your booking rate. If you have booked a flexible rate, you may cancel /modify your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours prior to arrival. If you have booked a non-refundable rate, the 20% deposit you paid upon booking is non refundable.

You can also benefit from our loyalty program by registering on the website and receiving a 5% discount throughout the year on any booking you make directly on our website.To benefit from offers and promotions you need to enter the code we provided you when you started the booking process.
Just enter the arrival and departure dates on the booking bar and enter the promo code on the 'promo code' field. By clicking on “check availability” you will automatically be forwarded to the rooms and rates section where you will see the discount applied. Continue as usual with the reservation by selecting the room type and board basis.The maximum occupancy per room is two adults and 2 children in the case of Marina Suites and two people for Marina Bayview. Some room categories also allow up to 3 adults.
On the right side of the room type selector you will see the maximum number of people that can be accommodated in a room.Once you visit our homepage, you will see a pop up window on the top right corner that invites you to register and receive our latest news and exclusive discounts. MEMBERS AND ADMISSIBILITY
⦁ Anyone over 18 years of age can request free membership of the Be My Guest programme by filling out the online form.
⦁ All the mandatory fields must be completed to register for the programme.
⦁ Registration and subscription to the programme are free of charge.
⦁ Any single individual may register only once in the programme.
⦁ Bookings can only be assigned to one individual member of the programme, as the booker and guest.
⦁ Be My Guest discounts and benefits will apply to bookings made through our direct sales channels.
⦁ The loyalty programme does not have an expiry date.
⦁ Once registration is completed, new Be My Guest members will remain permanently in the programme at least at its initial level unless they explicitly unsubscribe by sending a request by email to booking@satocan.com
⦁ The member, booker and guest is the only person who can benefit from the discounts and programme benefits (except benefits or services that are offered for the entire booking and all the people included in the booking.)
⦁ Discounts and benefits cannot be transferred to any other person, regardless of whether or not they are members of the programme.
⦁ Bookings for consecutive dates are not admissible in programme calculations. The departure date of one booking cannot coincide with the arrival date of another. There must be a minimum of 7 days between them.
⦁ Bookings already made by Be My Guest members through our website and call centre since January 1, 2019, are considered valid for programme calculation purposes. After the launch of the new loyalty programme and its different levels, Be My Guest bookings made directly with our hotels will also be added to calculations.
⦁ Travel agency bookings are not valid for the programme.
⦁ The benefits and conditions offered by the Be My Guest programme may be modified at any time without prior written notice.
⦁ We reserve the right to vary the valid booking channels without prior notice.
PROGRAMME LEVELS
BeMyGuest Classic: The initial level of our loyalty programme. Members with less than two direct bookings with us will join this level. Be My Guest benefits will be applied to the first booking provided the customer was registered as a member before making the booking and also identified themselves as a member when booking.
BeMyGuest Iconic: This is the second level of our loyalty programme. This level is for members who have made between 2 and 4 direct bookings and stays since the launch of the programme through the website, call centre or directly with the hotel.
BeMyGuest Supreme: This is the third level of our loyalty programme. This level is for Be My Guest members who have made 5 or more bookings since the launch of the programme through the website, call centre or directly with the hotel.

SEND A LOWEST RATE CLAIMThe official check-in time is 3pm. However, if you let us know your scheduled arrival time in advance, we will do our best to give you a room as soon as possible.
Check-out time is 12 pm. If you want to stay longer in your room on the day of your departure, you can contact reception during your stay to request a late-check out for an extra fee.Next to the hotel there is a public parking which belongs to the sports port of Puerto Rico, The rate is 14,40 € per day if the car is nt moved during the whole day, otherwise the fee is 1,50€ per hour.
Yes, both hotels ( Marina Suites and Marina Bayview) have free Wi-Fi throughout the whole hotel and in the rooms.
To get from the airport to Marina Suites or Marina Bayview you have several options.
We offer private transfers that cost 60€ each way for up to 3 people. When travelling as a group special fares apply which you can request by contacting reception.
If you would like to make a transfer reservation contact our reception team by informing them of your arrival time and flight number.

The second option is to take public bus no. 91 and get off at the bus stop on "Puerto Rico". Here you can check the schedules of buses that go from the airport to Marina Gran Canaria.Please note that smoking is only allowed in the balcony or terraces of the rooms.
Yes, all rooms are equipped with a safety deposit box that costs 4€ per day.

All rooms of Marina Suites and Marina Bayview are equipped with a safe, a kitchen with coffee and tea kettle and toaster as well as amenities, television with international channels, hairdryer, air conditioning, iron and ironing board upon request.
All rooms at Marina Gran Canaria are equipped with flat-screen TVs, but not Smart TV.
Maarin Gran Canaria offers several options to book excursions directly from the hotel so you don't have to worry about organizing anything before or during your vacation. Ask at the front desk about the different excursion options and book them directly there.
The rooms at Marina Suites and Marina Bayview are equipped with a ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, water heater, coffee machine, toaster and kitchenware.

Marina Suites features 2 outdoor pools, one for adults and one for children. There is also the adults only area with balinese beds, 2 jacuzzis and showers to refresh yourself. Marina Bayview features an outdoor pool and a solarium overlooking the marina of Puerto Rico Pier with a aacuzzi, balinese beds and an eco shower. Furthermore there is also the panoramic sauna available to enjoy a relaxing day at the hotel.
Yes, all pools at Marina Suites and Marina Byaview are heated.
Yes, you will find pool/beach towels in your room on arrival. You will get fresh ones at no extra charge from the life guard between 9.30 am and 10.30 am.
The pools of Marina Suites and Marina Bayview are open from 8 am to 8 pm. In summer the lifeguard hours are from 9 am to 6 pm and in winter from 8.30 am to 5 pm (time schedules are subject to change). The change of towels can be done from 9.30 am to 10.30 am refering to the life guard.
At the moment the lifeguard hours at Marina Suites are from 11 am to 5 pm and the change of towels is subjet to change.
